~/.config/Trolltech.conf is also set to 10.
I wonder if it's actually using 10, but with a DPI of 96 in its UI instead of 120?
Another look with Rekonq also open: http://fm.no-ip.com/SS/browserDPIoS114KDE3.png
I can't find a way to make Rekonq display any main menu, but you can see it's ignoring the desktop's DPI like Opera, Safari & IE do, and Gecko would like to.
After looking around in my backups a little (my actual system is cleaned of any kde3) I haven't found anything that could have caused this. Esp. the rekonq dpi mismatch. Q: do you have any Gnome/GTK apps installed beyond Firefox? If yes, some app could have written some gtk config file, that interferes here ( like ~/.gtkrc-2.0 , or some entry in .gconf/* ) Also a possiblity is a theme problem KDE3 / KDE4. If you look at it, it seems Konqueror/4.6 pulls in a Gnome-Icon-Theme? Same as Rekonq? Dunno whats the cause of this.
