- Create a KDE 4.2 repo by copying the files from the Factory repo. The KDE 4.2 repo is opensuse stable, i.e. frozen. The repo will not see any 4.2.3 version and only really, really important patches are added after the creation. I disagree, me and propably others currently using KDE4:Factory want 4.2.3 and maybe 4.2.4, There's no limit to what people want. But there's limited man-power.
... I happen to want openSUSE KDE team to focus their efforts on making factory/4.3 great for the official 11.2 release, instead of spending time on 4.2.3/4 packages which will only be used by a few geeks, and only for a couple of months in most cases (until 4.3.0 is released, maybe not even that long).
+1, although I will be one of the "geeks" that will stick with KDE 4.2 until the KDE project has released a stable 4.3 (at least). -- Boyd Stephen Smith Jr. ,= ,-_-. =. bss@iguanasuicide.net ((_/)o o(\_)) ICQ: 514984 YM/AIM: DaTwinkDaddy `-'(. .)`-' http://iguanasuicide.net/ \_/
