[opensuse-kde] Moving KInfoCenter to Monitor from System More Programs

Dear Listmates, For future revisions, in the menu. Can we move KInfoCenter from System --> More Programs to System --> Monitor ? Why is KInfoCenter under More Programs? Does it not make more sense moving it to "Monitor" where it should belong. Cheers!
