[opensuse-kde] vpnc broken in KDE4 Networkmanager

The vpnc settings dialog for the KDE4 version of Networkmanager have not been working. Now it seems that it hasn't been fully implemented. From bugs.kde.org bug 188489: "Only the UI code for VPNC and the storage layer are implemented, none of the plumbing between the two. Anyone want to step up and contribute a patch? I can give you a lot of tips how to go about it."
