Hi, rather offtopic for this list, but I just noticed an interview with SuSE's Holger Dryoff where they are talking about SuSE 8.1 coming out in October, and the first United Linux Server-product a month later. http://mozillaquest.com/Linux02/SuSE_8-1_LSB_UnitedLinux_Stroy-01.html has the story. (yup, the url really does say 'Stroy' for 'Story', and it works!)
8.1 coming out in October was the interviewer putting words in his mouth. HD said that the United Linux product will come in November, not that any other product would precede it. Maybe they will be giving out Betas at the Frankfurt Linuxworld at the end of October. Unlikely though . . -- opinions personal, facts suspect. http://home.arcor.de/36bit/samba.html
