Hello Jianyu Wang, When you run the vncserver command, the actions it takes are described in the ~/.vnc/xstartup file. If you look in that file, you will probably see that it is starting some window manager and an xterm. This is what you will see when you start the vncviewer program and connect to that vncserver. Is it your desire to make your :0 screen available to others via a VNC viewer? If so, you'll need the x0rfbserver program available on the Internet (or a more recent version of KDE which includes this functionality).
