I've just started poking around again in the KDE4 repos, and I can see a variety of different ones: KDE4, KDE4:, DESKTOP, PLATFORM, UNSTABLE etc. Is this a work-in-progress, or was a decision made on how to organize the repos per your message below? Just wondering if there's been a post or announcement somewhere on how the repo assignments; I assume /KDE4 seems to be the "stable" KDE 4.0.0 release, I just want to make sure I'm not missing out on good stuff in the other repos, even if cutting edge means the occasional breakage... ;) In the spirit of adventure, I already took it upon myself to update to packages in the various repos just to see what would happen, and wound up breaking my desktop (fixed by reverting packages back to standard KDE4 though), so I'm just looking for a little direction. Hi,
Following the discussions in the last irc meeting, I`ve added a new proposal that splits repositories by dependencies (needs newer Qt? needs newer KDE?) and by trust level (experimental package, community maintained, maintained).
Please have a look at:

Any comments, feedback, improvemnets, suggestions appreciated.
Thanks, Dirk
