It's did not on my system. There is a header:
Importance: high
On which one could create a filter, but I do not see anthing in the message that changes when it is marked "Important" in Kmail. In fact, I can't figure out how it is done at. The file name seems to change when the message is read, but I haven't figure out anything more. Anyone want to did through the source? Since there apparently nothing in the message itself that says it is "important" from Kmail's perspective, I don't see how you would filter on it.
