Lubos is right of course, it wants imlib and doesn't build with the successor imlib2. I fear you are out of luck, you can branch imlib and kuickshow into your own home repo and build them both there I guess
Oh, I thought it was able to use imlib2 instead, but obviously I am wrong. Just copying the respective files from oS 11.2 to oS 11.3 was not enough, I found out yesterday :-]
Thanks for the news, though it is bad. No, I do not see that I have the time to fiddle myself into KDE software packaging :-(. My small home:werfl has text packages only ;-)
