[opensuse-kde] ~/.kde obsolete with KDE5 ?

From previous KDE versions I still have ~/.kde4 and ~/.kde in my home

Hi there, KDE5 seems to not create a new ~/.kde5 folder. directoy, but they seem not to be used anymore. So, is ~/.kde* now obsolete with KDE5, is everything stored below ~/.config ?
