On my 3 logins on this machine, I use the Application Menu. On two of them I just have the Logout shortcut on the bottom left but on the 3rd one, i have Logout, Reboot and Shutdown.
How do i configure these options to be on/off the menu as the "Configure Application Menu" does not allow any possibility?
For clarity: Application Menu is the cascading menu 'Windows 95' style K Menu launcher. (Application Launcher is the launcher formerly known as Kickoff).
Add an item: open the Application Menu, open the Power/Session submenu, right click an entry eg Restart, Add to Favourites.
Remove an item: right click it in the Favourites area at bottom left of the launcher menu and 'Remove from Favourites'. Or find the item in the cascading menus and do the same there.
Thanks, thats the ticket. I usually right click most things, not sure why I didn't this time.
Also works for other menu entries, not just shutdown/logout options.
cheers
