As Luca already indicated, some libraries didn't got rebuild after KDE Applications 16.12 was accepted in Factory. This issue got now resolved and the updates are in the progress to be published as a special update, which are available through the Tumbleweed Update channel. Performing the update should deliver you an updated version of the libKF5GAPI* libraries, libkolab* libraries and kdepim-runtime. This should fix the issues with kmail after the last TW snapshot update Raymond
