International settings for GNOME App running in Suse 9.1

Using control center, I changed date format and order international settings for KDE and KDE applications follow this configuration. But GNOME app don't. I looked for international settings in the GNOME-CONTROL-CENTER, but I didn't find nothing about this. I also installed GNOME XDM to try to find something to help me , but don't make any progress. Anyone knows how to change this settings ?
