[opensuse-kde] KDE 4.3 Themeing and openSUSE 11.2

Greetings, I propose we do the following for our Themeing in KDE 4.3 / openSUSE 11.2 AlbertoP, bittin, and others are on board.. I suggest we use pinheiro's suggestion here http://pinheiro-kde.blogspot.com/2009/04/2-wallpaers.html and have him create the green wallpaper in geeko colors. We can then use the KDE 4.3 default Air theme with this wallpaper which would be a nice touch. Lets get away from the Dark Panel and go with the Air suttle white/transparent Panel. Very Nice.
