Stopping Fan, disk, .... in power save mode

I would like my PC to stop and enter in full power save mode, stopping FAN, DISK, ... when unused for more than 1h. Question: setting value under KDE stop the screen but not the computer. Any idea ? Fulup PS: My board use ACPI and not APM.
