Yes, because it apparently is a GTK problem, so cannot be fixed in KDE or kde- gtk-config.
Complaining about it here (or in KDE's bugzilla) won't help you either...
Posting here wasn't intended as a complaint, but an offering of awareness that hopefully would serve to result either in a relnote on the soon release of 42.2 if it's to be released with Mozilla apps built with their GTK3 defaults, continuing to build with GTK2 until a fix shows up, or offering a choice between GTK2 and GTK3 builds of Mozilla apps. -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
