kde 3.3 questions

Hi i am trying to do the following on the kde 3.3 I want to shrink the icons in the suse menu which is located in the south west.... The lizard menu :P I also want to make the win button to make the lizard menu appear... I have tried is but it is necessary to have two or more buttons for one shortcut And finally i can't change the language from one to another using the shortcut that i had specified in the appropriate menu...
