[opensuse-kde] "Dummy patch for applet state" update notification in KDE Updater Applet

Hi all. I keep getting this update notification "dummy patch for applet state". It shows no other info. I actually tried to install the update but it justs shows "updating" without ever really doing anything. Zypper lu doesn't show any update What does it mean?
