There's not even an 11.2 alpha yet. There's not even a roadmap - however most insiders expect 11.2 to have KDE 4.3.x. So filing reports about minor issues in 4.2 RC1 to openSUSE bugtracker at this point seems a bit aggressive to me. Report them upstream for now.
