Steve, Similar setup (KDE 3.1.2, KMAIL 1.5.2). Printing from kmail causes it to crash on the "Printing...." dialogue. No rhyme or reason. I'm just waiting to receive 9.0 and seeing what happens before I try to fix the problem. Jethro
