We should drop the package 'knetworkconf'. If you install it, when you open systemsettings->network next, you'll get a scary popup that Your Platform is Not Supported that lists a very outdated list of distributions that it does support. Since either YaST or KNetworkManager can be used to configure the network, I don't think we should ship this outdated tool as well - we can disable it when building kdeadmin4. Opinions/objections?
