Hiding kmenuedit at kmenu button

Hi, is it possible to deactivate the kmenuedit entry which appears if you do a rightclick on the kmenu button? I haven't found anything at the kickerrc. Is there a kiosk-option I can use? KDE Version is 3.1.3 on a SuSE 8.2. Thanks, Mike
