I don't need a window telling me that software needs to be installed and spawns like a million processes of mplayer whenever I try to open a video file that plays just fine in VLC.
That's not a very helpful problem description.
I'm sorry, but when I don't get an error message or anything, I can't be totally precise. As you might have seen in the mail by Christian, the mplayer part is caused by Dolphin. He referred to the following bug report: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=562110 However, the "Checking for software to install" window still opens. It happens at least in conjunction with Matroska videos. Markus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
