Hi Thanks for the answers. Im a newbie at linux so I cant edit files and so on but have I understood you right that for example firefox and azureus is best suited for GNOME?? If that is the case maby it is better to run the GNOME at least until Im more used to the linux enviroment. Those are GTK apps, and their appearance is controled by the GNOME settings, thus you have two options:
a) Install gnome-control-center, configure fonts/icons/etc, and place a link to gnome-settings-daemon on ~/.kde/AutoStart
b) Install gtk-qt, which should make GTK "inherit" QT configs. Some say it's quite unstable, and won't work always, but I would go with that first, since it needs less packages installed.
