kmail configuration dissapeared from menu (in latest snapshot)

Hi, in order to modify my Email accounts I tried to enter the configuration in the kmail menu, but it was gone. Is that just my installation of the almost latest (post release) snapshot, or has somebody seen (and hopefully solved) this? (SuSE 8.1 with the kde.org kde3 release rpms installed and some compiled snapshots after it.) It is of course possible to edit the kmailrc files manually, but that is surely not the way it was meant to be ;-) Thanks, Matt T.
