[opensuse-kde] Show Desktop widget

Hi I've having weird responses using "Show Desktop". One one login if i have a program open and i press "show desktop", the desktop shows correctly but as soon as i click on a folder in my folder view on the desktop, the program that was moved away comes back instead of opening Dolphin to view the folder. On one other user, pressing "show desktop" just makes the program that should be moved away, lose focus. Any ideas?
