Hi, After some hours I managed to resolve all the GCC44 specific building errors and I have submitted the patches to the packages in Community and Playground. See below statistics: KDE:KDE4:Playground 2 Package failed : Koffice2 and Qtscript-qt. (Patch submitted to Qtscript-qt.) KDE:KDE4:Community 7 packages failed of which 5 packages due to GCC44 specific errors. I have submitted/accepted the patches for kmldonkey-kde42, kover, psi and recoll. I have submitted the patch for cln, which should then resolve the two expansion errors. The other 2 packages are : Lithium: Issue with the desktop-file (icon not installed). Question here is if we would really still require another powermanager, while we have powerdevil inside KDE4 ? Plasmoid-nvdimmer: Issue with rpmlint. two non-void functions do not return a value, so rpmlint is reporting an error on this. Will contact the packager for this one. With this all packages in Community and most of the Playground packages are ready for the switch to GCC44. I will keep the GCC44 repository active, so that we can validate new packages on GCC44 specific errors.
