[opensuse-kde] oxygen-transparent missing for stable KDE

Hi, since the large repository changes in openSUSE KDE the package oxygen- transparent is just built for unstable KDE versions, so I'm unable to update without loosing this theme. Would it be possible to build it against KDE 4.11 or do I have to branch it in my home project?
