KDE maintainers - do any current khelpcenter packages still have susehelp patches? KDE:KDE3 packages perhaps?
Yes, both the KDE4 version in kdebase4-runtime, and the KF5 version (package khelpcenter5). And we patched KDE Frameworks5's kcmutils and kguiaddons to run susehelp instead of khelpcenter. I think we should consider dropping those patches though. Currently displaying the help is completely broken in KDE applications when using a non-KDE desktop (because susehelp-khelpcenter only supports KDE desktops). There's even a bug report about this: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1018970 In that case, we could also drop the patch that renames the KF5 version to khelpcenter5, and drop khelpcenter from kdebase4-runtime. KDE4 applications should then just use the KF5 version too (like now via susehelp).
