Thanks for telling. The link from akonadi-runtime wasn't fixed. Wait a lil bit until some KDE bits get built :)
Great, I got little bit further now :)
Now it reports this: bash# zypper -v dup --from kde46
Problem: problem with installed package NetworkManager-kde4-0.9.svn1192577-2.3.x86_64
Solution 1: Following actions will be done: keep obsolete NetworkManager-kde4-0.9.svn1192577-2.3.x86_64 keep obsolete NetworkManager-kde4-libs-0.9.svn1192577-2.3.x86_64
My guess is that plasmoid-networkmanagement is missing Obsoletes:NetworkManager-kde4 (as that one was apparently dropped), right?
Michal
Doing a zypper dup --from KDE_Release_46 on my machine doesn't produce any errors. openSUSE 11.4 comes with NetworkManager-kde4-0.9.svn1192577-7.2. Check your repos and make sure you have the right package.
I assume that NetworkManager-kde4-0.9.svn1192577-2.3.x86_64 was also coming out of KDE:Release:xx repos, I certainly didn't install it from any weird place.
Installing NetworkManager-kde4-0.9.svn1192577-7.2 does not help either:
Problem: problem with installed package NetworkManager-kde4-0.9.svn1192577-7.2.x86_64 Solution 1: deinstallation of NetworkManager-kde4-0.9.svn1192577-7.2.x86_64 Solution 2: keep obsolete NetworkManager-kde4-0.9.svn1192577-7.2.x86_64
If I choose 1, it uninstalls the package and that's it, I would be left without any NM app whatsoever. I still feel that plasmoid-networkmanagement should be dragged in automatically, to fill in that gap.
In my case plasmoid-networkmanagement is upgraded if I zypper dup --from KDE:Release:46. I can't reproduce this. Do you still have the same issue? Greetings, -- Javier Llorente
