I attempted to make the move to KDE3 before the official SuSE rpm's using the KDE ones. In my attempt to remove the KDE ones and reinstall using the SuSE rpm's I have lost kdebase-suse. When attempting to reinstall that original rpm, it tells me kdebase is required, from kde2. Is there any point in further trying to restore this functionality? Does the normal upgrade from SuSE kde2 to SuSE kde3 retain the extensions and desktop look/feel? I really liked the SuSE style, look and menu layout. --- David Monk CCNA, MCSE david@purplebear.net The more things change, the more they stay insane.
