[opensuse-kde] context menus & window backgrounds, brief corrupt image

openSUSE 12.1 x86_64, ATI catalyst / fglrx driver 11.12, KDE 4.7.2 I assumed this was just some quirk only affecting myself, but maybe I'll ask if anyone else is seeing this. Whenever I right click to open a context menu, it briefly draws some corrupt garbage looking stuff where the context menu should be. It quickly disappears and the context menu is drawn properly... ? This happens with 'desktop effects' enabled or disabled.
