Well, the first thing you should try is the old trick: restarting :-) If it still does not work: - Try upgrading again (and restarting afterwards). I've tried. I had not helped - Do you remember having done anything wrong? (for example, for conflicting files: removing a file or breaking a dependence?). Nothing wrong occured. No conflicts, no repository changes at the past several weeks. But the problem appeared only today.
I guess you have a mix for KDE 4.7.0 and 4.7.1, can you do a rpm -qa | grep 4.7.0 and paste the output.
