[opensuse-kde] Update from KDE 4 to "KDE 5" or Plasma 5 or Frameworks 5 or whatever

Hi, I'm still trying to find concise instructions on how to migrate from KDE 4 to whatever combination of plasma, apps and framework adds up to "the version that cometh after KDE 4" (on openSUSE 13.2) Am I right in assuming that I should _disable_ the KDE:Extras repository, add KDE:Frameworks5 and KDE:Applications, replace kde4-session with plasma5- session and then run a zypper dup? Do i backup and clean out some folders in ~? I mean, it can't seriously mean "reinstall your PC and delete your home directory"...
