Recently a bug I reported on bugs.kde.org was marked as invalid saying it is SUSE-specific. Therefore I reported that bug at bugzilla.novell.com where it was accepted.
Now I do not know whether to report a bug in a KDE application to bugzilla.novell.com or bugs.kde.org.
Generally, if the problem is caused by the underlying system ("K3b doesn't work with my cd burner" or SUSE specific code _in_ KDE ("Amarok won't play mp3s using the Helix backend") then it's for bugzilla.novell.com. If it's something that could be in any distribution's version of KDE (e.g. "Konqueror crashes at www.somesuckysite.com"). It may not be easy for a regular person to distinguish this though, so if your bug got closed INVALID there is no ill feeling there. Tell me some more about the bug and I'll explain why it was rejected at b.k.o but not at b.n.c. Will
