[opensuse-kde] Thunderbird KDE file dialogs

We now have KDE file dialogs in Thunderbird which is great, (requested a long time ago in openFATE #308955), but I've found at least one discrepancy. If I right-click on some individual attachments at the bottom of the message and go to Save As, I get the KDE file dialog, but if I click on Save All (or indeed, Detach All) at the bottom-right, I get the GTK dialogs.
