[opensuse-kde] Tumbleweed kio_svn missing

It seems the package kio_svn isn't getting over to Tumbleweed. The package kdesvn requires it and kio_svn is in KDE factory but not in Tumbleweed. I will gladly report this issue on bugzilla if that's the right place to do so.
