Easy does it. There was no arbitrary change. We are in the process of opening up repo maintenance to the community. Please be tolerant of some growing pains like this while we do so. The KDE:Release:45 repo was updated to 4.5.2 without disabling publish so a partial build was synced out. It will be completed later today.
