Ah, yes, all my years of supporting KDE from 4.0 count for naught when I make one criticism .... All this defence emoting on the part a few seems to miss out on a simple fact: we like KDE and we are disappointed when there's a FAIL. That's DISAPPOINTED. Disappointment isn't a reason for abandonment. KDE as a whole has many excellent and superior qualities. Quite honestly I'm sick of the 'coder elite' attitude. There's more to producing a good system than the code. Saying "if you don't like it [this one small part of the while] then go elsewhere, code your own Dm ... " is insulting. Scale this out and you'll expect each of us to build out own houses, cars, kitchen appliances, cell phones, computer chips ... Simply because we don't like some aspect of what has been produced. Its simply not scalable. -- Without friends no one would choose to live, though he had all other goods. -- Aristotle (384 BC - 322 BC), Nichomachean Ethics -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org
