All users same problem: ... Could not open kded5 using a library: Cannot load library libkdeinit5_kded5: (libkdeinit5_kded5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory) ... xsettingsd: Reloading configuration xsettingsd: Loaded 9 settings from /home/user/.config/xsettingsd/xsettingsd.conf
Having those folders/files in /root means that you ran KDE as root. These should not be in /root.
Anything the *superuser* cannot do one cannot expect any other user to do. Here, which happens to be a limited space, testing/throwaway environment, all user types experience the same inability to load library libkdeinit5_kded5, and reload 9 settings from xsettingsd.conf 8 times. OK Felix. Then I'm just lucky not having your issue. Won't bother you anymore.
