Hebrew Font in Konqueror

Hi, besides German and English I have installed Hebrew in the regional settings as my third language, but standard is German. Also regarding the keyboard layout I have chosen for Hebrew as an option. So far so good. But now the problem: I would like to create a file folder and name it in Hebrew. I can write the name in Hebrew but as soon as I push Enter I see a collection of ??? in the Konqueror window instead of the name in Hebrew. I guess that I forgot some setting but I don't have any idea what. Maybe some of you hs an idea that can help me. Thanks Yonatan
