In KDE3/Konqueror Flash works. Did they break even this?
Please leave polemics and useless implications/allegations out of your statements. It just shows an attitude which is not interested in getting help and useful critique.
Flash works for me in konqueror (khtml, KDE 4.6.1).
To the original poster and to Sven: 32bit or 64bit system?? makes a great difference, sadly.
I'm using OSS 11.2 64bit + KDE 4.5.5 + 64bit flashplayer ( )
In Konqueror + khtml flash works fine, but I've also heard from others that they couldn't get the 32bit flash working under 64bit OS, and switched to 64bit flashplayer to get things working. I was aware of the difference. I download and am using the 64-bit version that worked in 11.4 RC1. It is the latest version I found on The website and i installed after deinstalling the version from the repo.
Just went to above link (same one I used) and version I have is same as downlaod one on link. I'm using KDE 4.6.1 release 390 from openSUSE repo. Kernel is 2.6.37.1-1.2-desktop.
