So far KDE 4.7rc1 looks good on Factory, on 11.4 I found a problem which resulted in plasma crashing (which is due to a symbol problem).
So to be double sure, I'll let whole repository rebuild which will take some time. So grab a coffee while OBS takes its time.
Same symbol problem is happening on 11.4 so please hold on if you want to test it on 11.4 systems. We are debugging the problem.
