[opensuse-kde] When is the slow refresh going to be fixed in Dolphin for 4.11 and openSUSE 13.1?

Hello List mates, Why is it that KDE4 has a file manager that has the slowest refresh when initializing it for the first time? This was never a problem with Konqueror, KDE3 and even GNOME's Nautilus. Microsoft and OSX never had an issue. Why only Dolphin and how can this be addressed in 4.11 and openSUSE 13.1? -- Cheers!
