Managed to get them uploaded to deviantart. With the crystal window decoration it gives a pretty neat effect. Can point to either a directory or an XML # file. Theme=/opt/kde3/share/apps/kdm/themes/kdedigital_kdm (editing kdmrc directly prevents the theme manager from wiping the comments from the file) For the ksplash, /opt/kde3/share/apps/ksplash/Themes/ you can then just open kcontrol->Appearance & Themes->Splash screen and select it. If you cannot install the ksplash theme globally, you can just choose add new them and choose the tar.bz2 file and it will install to your ~/.local directory.
