I ran across a curiosity in konqueror. I had never used the context-menu option for 'Preview in KRPMview' and gave it a shot looking at arts-1.5.10-64.2.src.rpm from 13.1. Looking around a bit more, the problem may be in kpackage. Opening an archive in kpackage, it seem like the display of file within the rpm are hanging for a period of time. Eventually I can see the file.
