The wordnet extension adds quite a bit to kthesaurus. It provides synonyms in sentence context:

Useful tool, perhaps add it as an optional package for koffice. Keep up the good work.

It seems it is not connected to KDE3. One can add this package from the Education repo. But if it can indeed extend the koffice functionality at the work time, it can be added to the "Recommends" section.
