[opensuse-kde3] KDE3 screensaver is not activated
Hello: I have KDE 3.5.10 in openSUSE 12.2. I have a problem with KDE3 screen saver activation. In the KDE control panel -> Appearance & Themes -> Screen Saver window the screen saver is set to: Blank screen, start automatically after 5 min. After logging in to my KDE3 desktop, the screen saver is not activated after 5 minutes of inactivity. If I go to KDE control panel -> Appearance & Themes -> Screen Saver window and untick and then tick back "start automatically", and press apply (that is I make and apply a change in the setup), the screen saver starts to work normally, it will be activated after 5 minutes of inactivity. If I log out and log in again, the screen saver will not be activated. How could I fix this? What to look for? Hello: It does not matter what time I set, shorter or longer, the screensaver won't be activated. Thanks, Istvan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde3+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde3+owner@opensuse.org
