I am using KDE 3.5.10 on openSUSE 12.2 from the main repository. The bug is when I change to any image position other than tiled, it looks tiled. If I use tiled, it looks like scaled/cropped (I assume). To reproduce: 1. Right click on desktop and choose Configure Desktop 2. Under background; Choose any Picture, and then below play with the options under position. If I pick centred, it looks tiled. Tiled is the only one that seems to work correctly (it looks like centered or scaled). Perhaps a bug in qt3? Also I should note I am using intel graphics card drivers with SNA. I tried disabling SNA and had the same result.
