[opensuse-kde3] How to make "My Computer" program function?

I'm running Opensuse 12.2 with KDE3. My "My Computer" program has ceased functioning, and I don't understand how to re-activate it. When I look at properties of the icon it seems it's supposed to call sysinfo but clicking the icon appears to do nothing. -- Bob Smits <bob@rsmits.ca> "Microsoft is not the answer.
